Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is our only payment method. Pay the full order amount in cash when your parcel arrives. We do not currently accept online card, or banking payments.
Orders of $49 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders below $49 have a flat $4.99 delivery charge. Your cart will show the applicable delivery cost before you place your order.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, weather, and other circumstances.
Enter an available coupon code at checkout before placing your order. Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms, availability, and any applicable restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order.
Eligible products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items generally need to be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Some products may be excluded for hygiene, safety, freshness, or product-specific reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact contact@qualityproductplace.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
